Grilled Peaches

Another of Matt's ideas, this is a great summer dessert.

Serves:

Ingredients:
  • 1 Peach cut in half and pitted
  • Light flavored Olive Oil
  • Ice Cream (optional) (Vanilla works well with this dish)
  • Caramel Sundae Topping (optional) 
Directions: 

Slice the peach in half and remove the pit.  Lightly brush with light flavor olive oil to help prevent sticking.  Grill the peach flesh side down for about 3- 5 minutes and turn.  Continue grilling until the flesh becomes tender.  Serve with ice cream and drizzle with caramel sundae topping.  Enjoy!
