Hardware Installation:

I have  temporarily installed my weather station on my back deck.  The anemometer and weather vane are mounted to my deck railing, about 10 feet from the house, and I just guessed at the positioning of its direction .  The rain gauge is mounted to a deck seat that I plan on removing sometime next summer.  This is not checked for level but looks pretty close.  The base unit hygrometer and temperature are mounted to my deck railing about one foot from the house.  Like I said this is a temporary installation.  Once the weather becomes more favorable I will be up on the roof setting things up a little bit better.  I know there is a lot wrong with the current installation.  The wind gauge is only about 4 feet off of the ground and well below roof level.   The rain gauge may not be fully leveled and is protected on one side by my porch furniture and on the other side by a wood rack.  Finally, the temperature gauge is way too close to house.  I am actually surprised that I am getting remotely close readings...but I know after getting it up on the roof and setting it up properly I will be getting even more accurate readings.  I will update this section after I move the weather station to its final position and will also add some pictures.
